Whether you're new to using Maximizer CRM, or want to learn the most efficient steps to optimize your productivity, Maximizer's eLearning courses are designed to help you get more out of your Maximizer CRM - all from the comfort of your home or office!

Important Things to Know

  • The course session begins immediately upon clicking "Submit Payment". (With the exception of bundle purchases.)
  • Once you are viewing the course, there is no time limit. You can rewind, fast forward, pause, stop and/or replay as desired
  • Courses take approximately one hour to complete.
  • CRM 10 courses do not include audio.
  • CRM 9 & 9.5 courses consists of a previously recorded instructor-led tutorials.
  • Please do not close out of the Webex Player during your session. Access ends when you close the viewing window.
  • One session per purchase: once you close out of the player you cannot re-access it without purchasing the course again;
  • eLearning courses do not have a live instructor; as such, there is no Question & Answer (Q&A) period at the end of the tutorial.

System Requirements for running an eLearning Course
The following outlines the recommended minimum hardware and software requirements to run the course.

  • IBM PC compatible with Internet Explorer 5 or higher
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • Sound card and speakers (or headphones)
  • Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768
  • Webex Player: you will be prompted to install this upon registering for the course

Troubleshooting?

DO NOT CLOSE out of the Webex Player during your session. You are only able to access the tutorial ONCE. If you accidentally close out of your browser during the middle of your tutorial, please email us at onlinetraining@maximizer.com during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Monday to Friday excluding holidays) and we will assist you with regaining access to the online tutorial. Please include your name, your email address, and the course name.
